144.315 to 144.365MHz for satellite downlinks?A discussion paper from Graham Shirville G3VZV, proposing that 2m be used for satellite downlinks only, in the future (instead of uplinks and downlinks), and that an additional segment 144.315 to 144.365MHz also be used for transponder downlinks.
