                Minutes of 44th Annual General Meeting, Monday Sept 22nd, 2003

The meeting opened at 2010.

MINUTES: The minutes of the 2002 AGM had been read at the October 2002 General 
Meeting. 

REPORTS:

Treasurer: 

Chris 6KCH as a/g Treasurer tabled a copy of the Balance Sheet as attached. 

President:

Alan 6ZWZ delivered a verbal report. He thanked all office bearers and workers 
for efforts during the year. 

ELECTION OF OFFICERS:

The following were elected unopposed:-

PRESIDENT: Alan VK6ZWZ (Don 6HK/Tom 6ZAF).
VICE PRESIDENT: Terry VK6ZLT (Tom 6ZGG/Phil 6AD).

TREASURER: Chris 6KCH (Terry 6ZLT/Wal 6KZ).
SECRETARY: Don VK6HK  (Wal 6KZ/Terry 6ZLT).

COUNCIL: Terry VK6TRG (Al 6ZAY/Tom 6ZAF), Luigi VK6YEH (Terry 6ZLT/Tom 6ZAF) and 
Cec VK6AO (Al 6ZAY/Don 6HK) in absentia.

BEACON COMMITTEE Chairman: Wal 6KZ.
BULLETIN EDITOR: Ben VK6IC.
SITE REPRESENTATIVES: Tom VK6ZAF, Phil VK6AD and Terry VK6ZLT.
LIBRARIAN: Al VK6ZAY.
WIA REPRESENTATIVE: Vacant.
TRUSTEES: Wal 6KZ and Don 6HK.

The Committee will consider the matter of the appointment of a Patron, should a 
suitable candidate emerge.

The meeting closed at 2030, to be followed by the Monthly General Meeting.
