Museum: Tom VK6ZAF out lined the latest news of the activities from the Wireless Hill Centenary committee. Mr. Chris Stone (Ex Melville Councilor) had suggested that perhaps a commemorative radio call sign for the activity day on the 30/9/2012, and suggested that perhaps the VHF Group could sponsor a application to the ACMA to bring this about. Possible call sign to be considered such as “VI6VIP” (original W/Hill call sign ) or at least the “AX6VIP”. Further investigation as to whether or not it would be possible to replicate one of the original rhombic antennas.
